Inner Body Breathing | Print |  Email
Sit or lie down and close your eyes.
Locate your breath (where it originates in your body).

Draw the breath gradually down to the lower part of your body (where you feel your gut).

Allow the breath to gently massage the inner organs – the stomach, the kidneys, and the intestines.  Feel the organs move, rise, and shift with the rhythm of your breathing.

When you stand, retain a sense of this core part of your body, now vitalized and invigorated.
